Classes integrate bikes with functional movements to create an incredibly effective workout.
What to Expect
RedZone classes are about 45 minutes. This includes about 10-15 minutes of warm-up, 10-15 minutes of set-up, and 20-25 minutes of a high intensity workout.
While the workouts change, the goal of every workout is to go the distance. This means accumulating as many meters as you can on the air bike during any given workout.
Along with the bikes we’ll mix up each class by integrating movements with bodyweight, sandbags, plyo boxes, and dumbbells. This well-balanced mix ensures you’re both burning fat and toning muscle.
Coaches will always help members to scale or modify the workout based on their condition or fitness level. We especially ensure the newbies are well-taken care of! (Fun fact: most of the class will scale the workouts!)
